I popped in to see if there was anything could be done about my broken glasses after being told by my optician I would need a new pair. They took my glasses without any hesitation and was able to fix them for me at no charge. The lady at the desk was really lovely and nice to talk to and it was an overall friendly and comfortable environment! I was able to get my glasses fixed for my driving test I had coming up thanks to this opticians! Highly recommend

On speaking to staff (Stacey) re an issue with my eye she promptly took some advice and recalled me back with some questions to identify a possible problem. On receipt of that information she recommended an appointment without delay and I was quickly seen by her and optician Jess. Whilst there I was treated really well and felt comfortable throughout the process. Both members of staff took the time to make me feel relaxed and I was referred to the hospital where I sought ongoing care. Without them being so accommodating and helpful this may have been delayed by me. Pass my thanks onto them both for their help. I will definitely recommend your business to others and will re-attend for a routine check when needed.

Just taken my 96 year old mother-in-law to Stotts to pick up her new spectacles. Cant praise them enough. The procedure went so smoothly. All the staff were so pleasant and patient with her. A special recommendation for Kari, who helped her choose her frames and fitted them for her, also had her laughing through out the whole process. I would recommend Stotts to everyone.
