My daughter's iPhone X got water damaged and it appeared that only the screen was affected i.e. a rainbow effect, no touch screen but Siri worked ok. Simon said that in his experience, despite Siri working ok, a replacement screen was unlikely to fix it and there was sure to be more trouble to come as it was likely that the water damage was much more extensive. His honest opinion saved me the expense of a repair and the heartache of having an unreliable phone.

iPad cracked screen was fixed efficiently and the price was fantastic. Very easy booking system and lovely, friendly guy. With having very young clumsy children, I will be storing these details! Thank you Alex

Booked a slot online, received two emails confirming, drove 30 mins and then got a text 20 mins before my time saying he would not do the battery change. Rang the doorbell, no reply. Why list an item he wont fix? Poor communications.

I brought my iPhone 6S plus at the beginning of April 2021 for a screen replacement (screen smashed) and protector. I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and value-for-money. I paid in cash and was told that I would get a receipt later. As I didnt receive a receipt I texted a reminder. I didnt appear to get a reply. I noticed very quickly that parts of the screen were unresponsive. I rebooted the phone a couple of times but with little improvement. The problem has become worse since then with the middle part of the phone not responding to touch. On occasions the screens display has melted and I have had to reboot. I have long ago torn off the screen protector in an effort to improve the responsiveness. I have also tried altering in settings but it has never been the same as before I took it in. Apologies for the late review - when I didnt hear back from you I assumed you were a fly-by-night operation! I have been busy moving house and have only just come across you in Google Reviews where you have some great feedback. If you could resolve the issues then I would be more than happy to revise the review and rating. The star is for the screen protector which was expertly applied.
