Went in to get a last minute portable charger and asked if the lead was a C end, she told me it was but when I opened it, it wasn't, terrible service

My 12 Daughter had an issue getting her charger into her iPhone. Took it to a lovely lady 10 mins before closing and she sorted it out with minimal fuss. Great service well done!

Absolutely awful. Had my daughters screen repaired for 90. 2 weeks later the whole screen came off we took it back as it obviously wasn't put on right in the first place to be told that we had purposely pulled the screen off ourselves and cut the plastic inside the phone. She was very rude and refused to put the screen back on as this wasn't covered by the warranty. She has 0 customer service skills and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone
