        Absolutely disgusted with my visit today in the Urmston store, there was one lady who was handling the till with a massive queue around the store, absolutely no sign whatsoever of any other member of staff on the shop floor, she rang a bell to get help and finally some man came out to assist, he lasted about 2 minutes on the till and then nipped outside to have a vape, i so wish I would have got this ladys name because she needs promotion immediately and he needs sacking!!
