Until you want to return an item,not for a refund may I add,not so nice then...you are met with aggression,abuse and bad customer service.
Due me removing a price tag,they have a made up policy of which even trading standards don't support...
After a bombardment of abuse and embarrassment in the store by the owners,they have refunded my money refused me to exchange and barred me from the shop in the future.
I must say I have always supported local business,but these don't deserve it so my friends,colleagues and other forums i will be telling you to avoid this shop as it doesn't deserve it.
