        First ever appt here with Rachel agreed for 12noon I even rang at 9.30am to confirm. I arrived and was asked to go shopping for half hour as she was running late. I arrived back at 12.25 and waited till 12.45 whilst she attended to 2 other women. She then came to tell me she'd be another 30 minutes so I left! Livid! She was clearly busy... but then why book me in??? Never again.
