Balloons didnt last for even a day. Given excuse of it being in a hospital! Ive had many balloons that last in hospitals so never heard this before. Offered a replacement for the main balloon not the latex, but told they take no responsibility as the balloons were intact when they left the shop! I dont think id want a replacement because if its not going to last even 24 hrs id rather blow a balloon as home! Very poor in my view. Not given a refund at least for the main balloon which should have lasted. 2 stars for the lovely staff member that served me and was very helpful! Ill go back to my usual places next time.

I visited the store looking for balloons for making balloon animals for my grandsons at my daughter's wedding. The beautiful ladies went out of their way to hunt down a type of balloons they dont normally sell, but knew they had some somewhere. I'd certainly advise using them for events, they must have the most amazing service attitude. Thank you Sparkles Events!
