Argos Urmston in Sainsbury's

Thanks to the manager at Argos Urmston and all the team, who helped me with my delivery. They are fantastic there and knew I was going on holiday and worried about missing a package. I have the package safe and sound and am super happy with the service. Good to know that people still go the extra mile for others ;-)

Came in here to look at wardrobes and was helped by klara. We were ready to ourchase and due to her knowledge we went home to get all our relevant information and promptly came back to make our purchases. Klara was most helpful throughout.

I would like to say a big thank you to Rosie who works at argos in sainsbury urmston. I had a problem setting up my new laptop(I'm a bit slow in the tech department) but Rosie took the time to do it for me. A lovely helpful young girl. She also managed to serve other customers at the same time. Thank you, I couldn't have done it on my own.

Today I had a horrible experience from Argos Urmston. I went for return a product with receipt after 4 days of purchase .The person I dealt with was V [manager] .She was very rude and was irritable in manner to speak. She was not allowing me to return the item and said I opened the box and she found little dust in top of the item.I felt very upset because of her attitude.

The staff are so so friendly! The gentleman even brought my order to my car for me without a second of hesitation! Really friendly and chatty!
