Core Control Pilates

Kay's classes are fresh, innovative, energetic and fun - pilates with a difference! The sessions provide a whole-body workout and each exercise flows into the next. Kay provides the perfect balance of encouragement and drive and her classes can cater for a wide range of ages and ability. Having done the classes for a couple of years, the improved strength, balance, alignment and tone of my body is evident. During lockdown, Kay's video classes meant we could continue with the added bonus of being able to dip into the video library whenever we wanted to. Kay rose to the challenge of finding something fresh and new for each class. The classes were a highlight of lockdown and contributed greatly to a sense of well-being. I can't recommend the classes more.

Very nice Pilates studio, underfloor heating and plenty of parking. Christine and her team are excellent teachers, catering to all ages and capabilities . I have been attending classes for many years and very rarely have any back pain after years of problems.

I would highly recommend Christine at Core Control Pilates. I have been attending a weekly reformer Pilates session for 10 months now and not only do I feel better physically, Im more toned, more flexible and feel better mentally but it has also had a really positive effect on my golf game. Through improved strength and flexibility I have added around 20 yards to every golf shot, a real bonus

Excellent classes. Christine is a very good teacher, extremely patient and goes to great lengths to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly. If you are unable to attend a session you have the option of swapping via their online system which means that you never need to lose a class. Because of this you have the opportunity to experience classes with the other teachers and I can honestly say I have never had a bad session. Would highly recommend.
