FenStar IT provide the company I work for with a complete IT solution from hardware to software. They are always prompt to respond and find quick solutions to any problems that are presented. In the past they have assisted me with corrupted files, backup recovery, hardware repairs & maintenance and new system installations. The most important quality for FenStar is the way they explain any issues in plain English instead of blasting you with jargon and landing you with a huge bill. This way you know exactly what has been done and exactly what you are paying for. I have also used FenStar in a personal capacity and found their fees very competitive and when the job was completed in under the estimated time the technician was honest and deducted the difference from the final bill.

As a small business we can't afford to have It issues. Fenstar IT were on the case immediately. Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable and got everything sorted out in far less time than I was expecting from previous experiences. Thank you. We will definitely use them again
