Stayed in Willow Lodge. Completely off grid nothing surrounding you apart from fields and farms! Hamper off bacon, sausages, eggs, bread and oil provided. Has dishwasher so bring tablets. Large TV in both the living room and bedroom. Working wifi. Bed was super large and super comfortable we both had a great sleep here. The hot tub was perfect in terms of location. You are not overlooked and is completely private. On a clear night you can see the stars which is super bright. Bf loved the tub in the evening where he could watch TV too. The guy working the land informed us of hedge cutting which could cause us some disruption. We barely heard any noise until the tractor was next to the lodge but nothing of major noise and only lasted 10 mins. To our surprise that evening a lady came over and apologised for any disruption which was caused and gifted us a bottle of prosecco. Completely unexpected and a thoughtful gift. If you are looking to completely relax and do nothing and swith off this is the place for you. Very friendly people and we would have no hesitation booking again.

If you are looking for something totally off-grid and not near anything, then come here. We booked one of the lodges for a weeks break. We have dogs and I love to walk them when away, disappointingly the footpaths were not great, and I ended up just kind of walking around a field. The Lodge itself was OK, a little dated and had massive steps to the back door. The hot tub was nice and always seemed clean and warm. I did relax, but due to lack of availability of places to walk, will not be returning
