Advertised on Google search that they do HGV medicals. Waited on phone for 45 minutes to be told they don't do them. Please update your Web search!!!

Reception staff consistently gatekeep and try to give medical opinion, even after 111 referrals, they have even suggested pseudoscientific remedies, this is not something that reception staff or any medically trained person should be doing. If 111 tell you to get a GP appointment, reception staff should not be trying to stand in the way of this, tell you to go elsewhere or give medical advice.

Absolutely terrible. Miss diagnosis resulting in dreadful consequences. Medication not prescribed properly or completely missed over and over again.Even when they were reminded to prescribe it and put it on repeat. Blood tests and monitoring not carried out. Staff that scream abuse and lie when pulled up about mistakes. Completely incompetent staff and doctors. The complaints manager even said she couldn't get good staff and apologised for all the mistakes. Disgusting. Should not be allowed to continue putting people at risk. No duty of care to patients.
