Richard is brilliant. Our door lock broke, so much so that we wouldnt lock our door, which was really concerning. Richard came the same day we messaged him, was very friendly, very efficient. Richard saved us so much money as we were at the point whereby we were looking for a new door. Im so thankful that he was recommend to me, he saved the day. We highly recommend him.

We were amazed at how quickly Richard responded to our query about replacement locks. We rang Norfolk Locks and he came to see the job that same day and quoted us a very reasonable price. The job was completed a few days later. Richard paid close attention to small details like the smooth closing of doors. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Called late morning for a non emergency job and had a new lock fitted and sorted by early afternoon. Took less than half an hour to fit. Excellent service, quick, friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.
