Excellent collect and return service. As for my saxophone, all the 'clunkiness' has gone from the keywork which is now much more responsive. It plays like a new instrument. Can't give any higher praise than that. Thank you Brian Brian has now serviced all 3 of my saxophones and has done an excellent job on each occasion. My curved soprano now plays like a dream and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Brian.

Outstanding service, Brian showed me all that he had found in preliminary tests and explained clearly what he would be doing for a service. The result was extraordinary..i cannot believe i was trying to play in the existing state. So many thanks Brian....and he took time out to explain some music theory that had been baffling me for a while...first class teacher as well!!! No problem whatsoever in recommending Brian as a first class technician and teacher
