Food & drinks: Food was 100%. Try the Cocktails, especially Sweet Temptation

Negatives: the breakfast was disappointing food was poor quality with rubbery scrambled eggs and overdone poach egg. Sausage used was cheap and tastless and bacon dry. You would think this would be an opportunity to showcase the food so you would stay for dinner but the breakfast completely put us off and we were glad we only purchased breakfast for the one morning. The hotel seemed to lack any personality or warmth. We came in one evening and was completely ignored by staff. There seemed to be some rally event(?) nearby on the Sunday morning with shouting which isnt the hotel's fault but did spoil the tranquility of the morning
