I did a 200hr intensive yoga teacher training with Laura and Polly. It was a life changing experience. I met incredible teachers and friends for life. If you decide to do this training, you will leave with the knowledge, ability and most importantly the confidence to go out there and teach. I am now teaching yoga within a few weeks of qualifying which is amazing and something I probably didn't believe I would be able to. Don't wait for life to happen -take the chance and do it you won't regret it.

Came for a month while in Worcester working and its been so lovely - great introductory offer and every class has been varied and interesting. Really has made a difference to my time here, and Im sure Ill be popping back in when Im around! Studio itself is really nice too and very welcoming.

Just completed the 200hr Teacher Training. Laura, Polly and a diverse array of guest teachers have given me an incredible amount of knowledge about myself, yoga philosophy and yoga teaching. If you want to be confident in your yoga teachings then I would absolutely recommend the course.

What a joy 200hr teacher training with soul sanctuary was! The experience from the second I arrived was professional, diverse and illuminating. Laura, Polly and the guest teachers were exceptional and totally inspiring. I have come out the other side as a qualified yoga teacher feeling totally equipped to teach and excited to put it all into practice.
