Today after many months of issues the amazing Liz replaced the system under warranty and I am back up and running. Can't thank them enough. Happy stitcher again!!

Liz and Pete always helpful with what ever questions you ask both are very knowledgeable with all the handi quilter machines and accessories. The best is all the machines are there for you to use you get spoiled for choice

I took my sweet sixteen in for a service and had a thoroughly enjoyable day. I got to play with the Amara and Pro stitcher - everyone needs that machine in the life. The shop is lovely with so many beautiful pieces of work by famous quilters, It is like an Aladdin's den. I really enjoyed the chance to get geeky about quilting with people who were truly passionate. My machine has never run smoother since being serviced. I really do recommend a visit.

I am so happy to have found this place when I was looking to buy a Longarm Sewing Machine. I first met Pete at a Quilt Show and then met Liz when I went for the consultation at their premises. They both helped and allowed me to try out the various machines they had so that any purchase I made would be the right one for me. They explained how to use the machines, provided hints and tips, different methods of quilting and gave so much of their time so I could make the right decision. I did buy a machine from them and they were equally helpful when I was setting it up and learning how to use it at home and helping me generally with questions. I am looking forward to the one day introduction and beginners course and the ongoing relationship with these two knowledgeable and helpful people. Their premises is an Aladdin's Cave of Quilting machines, related items and Quilting Ideas.
