The Be Activated method is also nothing short of ground breaking in terms of its effectiveness and the immediacy of improvement. Having been to numerous physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists etc over the years, activation has been the only long term effective treatment to my body's restrictions and pain. Very highly recommended.
