I came to see Sam for the 4 week package which included quantum healing which has really helped me. I also received a bespoke meditation tape which has been a game changer. I cant recommend the sessions enough and if youre feeling out of sorts and need guidance then I urge you book in as you wont regret it

Sam and her beautiful treatment room instantly put me at my ease. I have had two Quantum Healing and Reiki sessions, each of differing lengths, but both were incredibly beneficial. Wonderful session with Sam. I felt so so relaxed during the session, I could feel the energy travelling through me it was so calming. I felt very calm and grounded afterwards and even a few weeks on I am still realign the benefits. Im so happy I have this hour of self care to my self and would urge you to do the same. Even more relaxing than a massage!
