Fixed & Fitted - Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters

We have recently moved into a barn conversion. Our survey indicated that one of the en-suite bathrooms had several faults. On closer examination we decided that a complete re-fit was required and asked Rob to provide a quote. We accepted this and arranged for him to do the work when he was available. While waiting we added some other bathroom work to his list. Once work started on the project it became apparent that the faulty bathroom was the result of a not very competent DIY enthusiast and the work needed was more extensive than originally planned. Rob did not let this deter him, quickly adjusted the plan and obtained the additional materials required. We have lived with the new bathroom for a couple of weeks and are extremely pleased with the results. Rob managed the whole project in a professional manner, incorporated our additional work in a cost effective manner and remained cheerful throughout. Rob, with assistance from plumber Pete, installed a new bathroom, shower-room and loo for us in Dec-Jan. He did a good job for a reasonable price and we are very happy with the results in all three rooms. Rob was proactive in solving all the problems that emerged during the course of the project, as is inevitable in an old building and was a very positive person to have in the house during the renovation. I had my old bathroom taken out and a brand new bathroom fitted by Rob and his team in August. Rob and his team were very professional throughout, very tidy and respectful. The work completed is of an excellent standard and the new bathroom is beautiful. Rob is easy to get hold of, responds to queries promptly and was great at including me in all decisions that needed to be made throughout the project. I would definitely recommend for all bathroom work required.

We used Fixed and Fitted to install a small kitchen for our village hall. Rob was very helpful even prior to the fit, going through the kitchen order with us and flagging up any problem areas and giving suggestions. He arrived when he said he would and did everything we had asked of him. There were a number of challenges to the fit - an awkward old building and one of the units arriving damaged from the manufacturer (this element was nothing to do with Rob) and yet he dealt with any problems that arose with a great can-do attitude and fitted the kitchen very neatly. The plumber he used also did a really tidy job. We would therefore highly recommend Fixed and Fitted and would happily use them again.
