Incredibly efficient surgeries I have ever used. Extremely well managed with fantastic systems in place to ensure everyone that needs to see a GP gets to do so. A huge asset to the local community.

Good surgery and parking however the booking system to book an appointment is ridiculous. Usually a good hour of your day waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Doctors and nurses still refuseing to see us face to face . Doctors get payed a fortune and when we need them the most they hide away . It's about covid nothing else. Cowardice.

If this surgery is meant to be efficient heaven help us. While there are some helpful women on the desk some have grossly inflated ideas of who and what they are. An example a few weeks ago I was told by a Dr on the 111 call I should be at the surgery first thing in the morning and tell them I needed to see a Dr. Having done the unforgiveable and come as a patient without an appointment, the reaction from some remarkably stupid and overly officious woman on the desk "They can't tell you to do that". She then came back and said i would have to wait, how long? "When they can fit you in". In facr i did see a Dr. almost immediately but how outrageous was the receptionists reaction. Yesterday I finally gave up on callback, yes the Dr did try to phone but every time I answered we got cut off. I finally spent an hour on the phone trying to call the surgery. Some calls while in the dreaded queue, appeared to take as long as a Drs actual appointment, I finally gave up and can now look forward to doing it all over again today. They obviously need another full time Dr. Why is it that a friend in Droitwich can apparently call their surgery and make an appointment with their own Dr when they need to. I think Upton is living on the past glory of some prize it won, they really need to get their act together. It takes more than window dressing for an efficient su, a million pounds for a machine to sort out prescriptions, really!!!
