The pre-aged wooden floors are stunning and at a fraction of the price from other suppliers - but with no compromise on quality. We have now just had our 6th room done (we can only afford one at a time). Another great experience with Charringtons.

I have purchased from Charringtons Floors aged oak flooring, carpets, stone and vynils for several properties that I own and must say I am delighted at the quality and service given. I highly recommend using them for all types of flooring at very reasonable cost.

I had a natural limestone floor fitted by Charringtons and the grout was applied all over the stones - I was assured that this would be cleaned off and would like perfect. As I was having a brand new kitchen fitted within a couple of days of having this floor laid I was naturally concerned, as were my builders. Peter Charrington came the next day and wiped over the stone with acid and said when the kitchen was fitted he would come and finish the job off and clean all the stones down and remove the grout. On good faith we paid this man and he never came back to finish the job despite numerous phone calls both to mobile and land line. We visited his premises but could not get in touch. He just left us in a total mess. We since had to pay nearly 2,000 on various methods to remove this grout. In the end we had to have the whole floor sandblasted which was an absolute nightmare and ruined our new kitchen. I would definitely say do not use this business if that is the way he treats people.
