Great service. Never try and sell you things you don't want and genuinely really nice people. They may be a little overworked and take a while to get back to you, because they do such a good job and are therefore in demand. I wonder how many of the negative reviews are from competitors!? Or perhaps one off incidents, but I've only heard good things about them from several people.

Rang with emergency glazing repair, no return call. Called again and again no return call. Waste of time!

Did not turn up for the appointment. Absolutely rude on the phone. Won't be calling them again for anything. Absolutely shocking. Extremely poor.

Absolutely shocking service. Our deposit was taken on 03.07.2017 and we were told 10 weeks till the windows would be ready. I have made several calls to find out when we could book a proposed installation and i've been fobbed off with call backs which never happen every time. I then get a call today to say their systems (with everyones personal data/ orders) have been hacked and that our windows haven't been made (although they had known of the issue since early June and still took our money in July). Even prior to this we have had to chase the life out of them for quotes to be sent through, the most stressful transaction ever and no sincere apology/ resolution, so disappointing. In our opinion, do not do business with Aaron windows - it's been a complete waste of time.
