What an amazing baby bank! Im so overwhelmed by the help and support they have given me! A package arrived for my daughter and I started to sob. I felt embarrassed to ask for help, we were struggling due to the coronavirus, and they have made me feel so at ease! Please, if you need help, these are the people to go to! Thankyou again for your support!

I reached out online about my little boy. He is 2 and it has unfortuently taken untill now to diagnose what was wrong. He has a milk and soy allergy, this put my boy off eating and constant bad bowels and his body would take to hardly anything. Once diagnosed we had trouble getting food into him as we was told he associates this with pain. Usually special milk is prescribed which is what would get his bowels back to normal, his weight back up and a regular diet started and tummy not inflamed and also no eczema. He was told he'd missed out on the prescribing date as he had turned 2. This was through no fault of our own appointments where constantly thrown around and we had much difficulty after lots of doctor appointments to get him through to a dietian. We was trying for a year and a half to find what was wrong. Luckily Suffolk baby bank see a post I'd written on a selling site and offered to help straight away! I am currently on my own and on very little and his milk would cost me almost 30 a small tub which lasts around a week and a half. With the help and kind women who unboxed me they set up a whole bag of milk supplies for him. It was very quick and very friendly. I can't thank them enough. Once that had run out over several months worth, he had a weigh in. He is now back to a normal weight (he had lost weight dramatically and was very thin) his bowels are healthy he is trying new foods and hasn't any excema. Were over the moon with his progress and it's all down to them milks. They have just delivered another 2 large tubs for us as we had run out to keep his weight and health up while we try out a HENRY Program for his eating. They also delivered for no charge. I can't fault it. I again can't thank them enough it's changed my child's life around. I'm so greatful. What a great thing they are doing and putting thier time and energy into. Brilliant service
