        Ive had the most amazing recovery & restore massage by Ceri today, I needed a bit of TLC after running the London Marathon and it did the trick, I loved it and my legs feel nearly back to normal! Highly recommend and cant wait to book again! Thanks Ceri xxx

        I have been meaning to go and see Ceri at Recover & Restore for a while and wish I had gone sooner. I have had some aches and pains due to a bad work posture and she gave me a thorough massage taking care of every part of my upper body. I really felt like my body was more flexible afterwards. She was very attentive and explained what she was doing. It was also a very relaxing experience and I will be going back soon to do the lower half of my body! Definitely recommend.

        A really great sports massage. Ceri explained exactly what she was doing and really tailored the massage to what I needed ......which was quite a lot!!. She also provided simple exercises after to target the areas that I need the most. I Would absolutely recommend Ceri, and will definitely return to recover and restore.
