The finished product went beyond what I could have ever expected, but also the customer service and regular updates as the piece was being created were greatly appreciated.         James from Topset just sent me my totally rejuvenated and renovated watch - they had it replated, polished, battery changed and strap change and I'm so impressed with the standard of work, the customer service and the value for money. Five stars, would certainly return and recommend.
