Heatsource

Initially we were very pleased with the service we received. The installation was done well and communication was good. Not so impressed now 2 years on, as they have not provided after sales service as promised. Also when an item on the stove broke after 6 months was told this was a consumable part and was to be expected, hadn't been informed of this when purchasing. Was quoted what I thought was rather a lot of money for the replacement part so I asked around and had a part made locally at a fraction of the cost they quoted.

Very unprofessional company. I wanted to purchase two new fireplaces and hearths with this shop but they cancelled a pre-arranged meeting on the day because I wasn't going to buy a woodburner from them. How unhelpful and short sighted of them.

Nathan, Agnes and team are brilliant! From the first inspection meeting to the actual installation of the stoves, the team did a fantastic job, very professional. Despite all the unexpected issues with the chimneys they persevered and came through for us, but above all this they are genuinely good people! This was the second time that we used Heatsource and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from first visit to commissioning of stove. Good advice on choice of stove which heats my house beautifully, and despite the stove being delivered with a damaged flue a replacement was found and fitted quickly. A very satisfactory installation.

Agnes and Nathan have installed 2 woodburners for us in the last 6 months and we couldnt have asked or received a better service. They both went out of their way to accommodate us and were brilliant! I wouldnt recommend anyone else! Thankyou! Mark & Jane (Rutland)
