        Our wedding party hired 7 suits from Smalls and were disappointed in the lack of customer service. Nigel was more approachable but his colleague Nick had an almost cavalier attitude as far as quote "its only for one day"!. For the fittings sizes were not available of the suits required and we had to insist we wanted all the suits for a full fitting prior to the wedding. The child's suit in the party was to be measured 2 weeks prior to the wedding only to be told he was too small and would have to look elsewhere if it didn't fit, which was unacceptable at that late stage. Because of this we did hire the child's suit from a more competent store and if it hadn't been so close to the the wedding we would have cancelled our order and hired all of the party from that store. Also when first quoted on price, we should have had written confirmation as it increased on day of hire.
