JBD Oven & Carpet Cleaning

Sadly, although the oven cleaning was reasonable, we have had nothing but problems since having it done. Later that evening, I heated the oven to cook supper but when I opened the door to insert the casserole dish the inner glass door fell out onto the tiled floor! Luckily, it didnt shatter nor did the heat from it damage anything else. I phoned JBD and couldnt get an answer so I left a message and then emailed too, explaining the problem and asking if someone could return to repair the door as my arthritis and my husbands back problem meant that neither of us was able to fit the door back properly. We did not get a reply the next day so repeated the process of phoning and emailing. Eventually, we received an email two days later and Mr Griffin said he would come around to fix it on Thursday afternoon. We waited in. No one arrived. We emailed again, asking what had happened and requesting a telephone call to speak to us. By this time four days had passed. We have not heard anything from Mr Griffin no apology, no reparation, not even a not my responsibility. Just silence. It seems well have to spend 189 to get an engineer out to refit the door. Needless to say, we will not be using JBD again and would not recommend the company. The mark of a good company is not whether anything goes wrong but how they deal with issues once they have a problem. JBD dont seem to care.

Top man, very professional, and multi-tasking! Recommend whole-heartedly. Id have him round for tea, then ask him to clean my oven!
