I first started working with 3 commerce in December 2020 as a new online start up I have found their support, knowledge and level of service second to none. Tom our account manager went way above what was expected and helped us to make the right decisions around marketing and branding and was always at the end of the phone with advise and new ideas when needed.The whole team were especially great when due to COVID we had difficulties that they showed understanding towards and were flexible and did all they could to help us. Their philosophy of being invested in our success makes them stand out from all the other companies that we had dealt with in the past. We look forward to a long lasting business relationship with them in the future. As a new online business with limited knowledge about the sector.They ticked all the boxes for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a partner to help grow their business in what can seem a daunting experience as there are a vast amount of companies offering the same services.
