        Today, Easter Monday I visited with my friend for a coffee. On entering the shop we received a warm welcome by the young man serving. He recommended a brownie, we ordered a hot chocolate and a flat white and took our cake and sat down to wait for our drinks. The lady making the drinks disappeared in the kitchen, the young man also disappeared, then a blond lady came in the shop jumped on the till and started chatting to new customers and lazily started making drinks by which time we had eaten our cakes. When I glanced over, she was quite indignant. It took 20 mins to get our drinks the service was awful with NO apology. The drinks came in 2 stages too. So my friend finished his whilst I just received mine. My recommendation is to use costa over the road its quicker and friendlier than this coffee shop.

        Nice cup of tea but the fire/intruder alarm is interminably beeping every three seconds and no member of staff seems interested in turning it off. I *really* don't understand that. I think the back door is open because there's a very cold breeze throughout. Again. I *really* don't understand why they would leave this to happen. Other tea shops are available.
