Excellent. Thomas is brilliant at shaping and cutting my fine hair, & I am fussy! The staff are lovely too and nothing is too much trouble. Gemma does my highlights and is superb. Altogether very professional and experienced. I couldn't recommend more highly. Update! After my last review Thomas contacted me and offered me a free colour and cut. I went today and had a lovely time. Both my colour and cut look super and they really looked after me. Thank you Thomas, I really think that was a lovely thing to do. Alot of businesses could learn a thing or two from service like that. Faith restored! Ive been using Thomas for a year or so since covid because I didnt feel comfortable going to my usual hairdresser in Stamford during lockdown. Ive always found them expensive, and while not exactly adventurous with their suggestions, the stylists are lovely so I was happy to pay a little extra because I can walk there and felt comfortable as its not super busy. I had a root tint, four foils (to be exact) to add lightness around my face to my existent balayage, (some of which I can now see are orangey) an olapex (which was my own that I took and asked to be put on) and a brief toner (left on for less than 5 minutes). Id then asked for layers in my cut as my hair is curly and for it to be diffused dried. I got a trim, one layer and left with very damp hair (so it didnt frizz too much) All for almost 150. While I know I could have asked for more of a cut, Im used to trusting my hairdressers to advise me and was shocked at the price when I went to pay. I can't quite work out how it came to that. The end result was pretty when I got home to finish it, but the price was extortionate! Service: Curly hair

Very professional with high standards. Apprentice in the West End to a very well known hairdresser, he really knows his profession and always does as you ask.
