Looks like a pub, isn't. Inside it looks more like a bland white-painted cafe, zero character. Warmed-up food, chicken dish was suspect and did indeed make me ill for a few days. The village is dominated by s noisy youth activity centre in the centre, hence drunk teenagers often wandering about with inappropriate dress (hardly any) and their 'pop and bang' cars racing around later in the day. Once a lovely village, now a youth centre with nothing village-like remaining, such a shame as its a stunning location for walks. Not one to recommend or return to.
