Tean Service Station

My 84 year old mother ( lives in Tean) put petrol in her motability car but couldnt access the shop because of the high step to get in! Absolutely no need for the step, surely it is not legal to deny access to disabled people in this way????

Absolutely awful customer service. I have filled 2 vehicles up here every week for the last 40 years and I will not be setting foot in this place again. I have just been totally humiliated by one of the staff Tom. I had my daughter 14 year old daughter with me and he refused to service me a monster engery drink. He said I was under age. I'm 50 years old.!!!! He said it is for my daughter and he can't sell it. The other member of staff joined in and said its policy. What going on. How does he know that !!!!!! He just snatched it off the counter and put it to one side. How totally rude. I completely understand they can not serve under 18s with these but she wasn't t buying it. Told them to keep the 20 worth of confectionery and went to Tean co op and brought my drink there. Much cheaper and lovely friendly staff. Lost a very loyal customer by jobs worth staff who don't yet know how customer service works.

Always go here for fuel and never have a problem and has friendly staff, but the food and drinks inside are expensive.

Lovely clean and well stocked convenient store and sells E5 petrol, very useful for lawn mowers

Absolutely shocking put 15 petrol in drove off and gauge still in the red obviously didn't put any petrol in phoned up and they couldn't be arsed won't use again beware folks they're on the rob
