The Old Vicarage

I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful place. It is a home in every sense of the word. My mum is treated with so much dignity and respect. The manager, Winnie has always had time for us all. She is hands on with everything and has made us all feel content and happy with what shes doing. The staff are always happy to help. Thank you all for your kindness.

There's no place like home! The atmosphere here is very warm and welcoming. At any given time a sing will erupt in the lounge " its the residents" and staff join in you just can't help it. The management here are very warm, you can tell the manager has a particular criteria for recruiting staff, they are extremely caring and cannot do enough. They are seen engaging in activities with residents regularly and even have life like cats that "purr" Adding to the warmth of the place are the tastefully decorated individual rooms with lots of personal trinkets and items about, which is a lovley talking point as a professional visiting. Another nice feature is that the residents know each others names and raise concern if they haven't seen them for a while. Inside a big family all under one roof!
