Sarah Storey Wellbeing and Pilates

I first came into contact with Sarah two and half years ago through a recommendation from my podiatrist. I was making a slow (if any) recovery from a neck problem and was also awaiting a knee operation for a discoid meniscus. My movements were slow and, most of the time, painful. Id resigned myself to the fact that Id never play badminton again. I arranged a course of 1:1 sessions with Sarah and, after just a few weeks, began to notice a marked improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing. My confidence grew that Sarah, with her enthusiasm and expertise of the highest level, could help me improve my posture, balance and strengthen my much weakened muscle groups. Two and half years and one knee operation later, I am back playing my beloved badminton and attend Sarahs Pilates group sessions each week. I cannot think of a time when I would not want to be part of these friendly, challenging sessions. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her professional, positive attitude which has without doubt played a massive part in helping me return to my pre-injury lifestyle. Jill

Always been a fan of making sure I take care of my skin but have struggled to find a routine and products to suit my skin. Sarah introduced me to a range of products suitable for my skin type after a detailed consultation and Ive never looked back. Products are amazing!! I have recently had my first facial with Sarah and it was fabulous, my skin feels glowy and full of life. I now understand why treating your skin to a facial regularly helps maintain a healthy skin complexion. The whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish, really felt like Id had a treat! I have finally found my go to place for facials. Everytime I to in Sarah knows just what my skin needs without me saying much. I walk out feeling great! My face feels instantly nourished and less congested. I've been given numerous samples of dermalogica products and have purchased some of these because her recommend products have changed my skin! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at this salon, Sarah is amazing and I found she had lots of really useful knowledge and experience in beauty and skincare. The facial I had was fantastic and was customised to my skincare needs, definitely worth every penny. I look forward to visiting again.
