Really lovely to deal with. Had an issue with Royal Mail postage and Nicky was so helpful. She also refunded the postage tho it was Royal Mails fault. Goods turned up! Great, human customer service. Highly recommend.

Finally. After years of umming and arring, I got one, a Top Hat ! Ive always wanted one. A decent one, not a fancy dress one for a tenner. Had a nosey round the interweb and really didnt want to go too reckless s sterling, Cotswold County Hats popped up a couple of times, the hats looked good, cost a few quid good. Curiosity kicked in, and Im glad it did. I was genuinely surprised at the prices and liked the look of the site. Good selection l must say, nearly went for a well dapper trilby instead, but stuck with the top hat.I went to the checkout, paid my fees and it arrived nice and early. Alas, it didnt fit, a bit tight and didnt sit right. I decided to return it. Obviously, entirely down to me, my error so I copped for the postage which was only a couple of quid all told. I presumed same deal for the replacement, it wasnt. Heres my point, Ive had it a bit tough the last couple of years including double rations when it comes to hassle. That in turn, helps you notice someones efforts. I ordered the wrong size, down to me, sent it back. A few days later it arrived, no charge levied. I tried it for size, spot on, fit like a glove ! (Im sorry, taxi) and a nice little note offering assistance should I need it. Top job, cheers. Hassle free.
