Love this place! Had our caravan on here for around 5 years now! Very clean site, good for relaxing, fishing and walks. Lots of nice bars, restaurants within couple of minutes drive. Highly recommend

This I have to say was my worst experience in a caravan site to date. After arriving on Friday just after lunch, surprisingly reception was closed and I had to trek around the farm to find out how to check in, eventually I located a farmhouse and was just told to find a pitch. So we did, then after levelling up we had all sorts of issues with our electric, we phoned up 7 times for advice (as there was nobody in reception until the day after). Its now Sunday teatime and Im still awaiting a phone call back. Electric was tripping all weekend!!! And please beware there are potholes (big ones!!!) on the driveway up to the site and and all roads on the site. So much so our door broke in the van due to not being able to avoid these. This is a very basic site at most, the toilets stink, the lighting is terrible and Elson point knocked me and for 60 for 2 nights in low season I found expensive compared to other sites that are far superior to this and cheaper!!!! I for one will definitely will not be going back.
