Purchased our softub 3 years ago I thought it was a bit overpriced at the time but it's a great investment as they are much cheaper to run than any other spa. With the price of electricity going up we can still afford to use our softub.The people at York are so very helpful trustworthy and honest. It was free delivery and set up , it's also really easy to keep up with not a problem or hard work .

The product might be great, but the after-service has been the worst. It ended up with me having to spend hundreds of pounds to get spare parts (electronics board) from the USA as it was impossible to reach anyone here via e-mail or phone for close to 6 months. When the part did not work, I was told to send in the unit for review. A further 6 months later, I'm expecting to receive the unit back in the same condition due to the previous owner having replaced the motor and apparently some miscommunication over the charges. So yeah, I've been out of a Softub for 12 months during a pandemic and no assistance or solution whatsoever.

I was undecided about buying a hot tub of any sort but once I had finally decided that I would benefit from one I started my research. I wanted a tub that was safe and didnt have lots of internal uneven surfaces. I found Softub UK and it seemed to have all that I wanted. I spoke at length on the phone to Andrew who answered my questions and wasnt in any way pushy, leaving us to make our own minds up! Once we ordered the process was easy, delivery and installation quick ! The tub is easy to maintain, and economic to run. We have been in it every single day ! While getting used to it I have had a few questions, a quick call or email to the office has sorted them out, Joe is always very helpful. For me its important to know that there is help at the end of a phone if needed! I honestly would not hesitate to use this company and the tubs are fantastic !!!

Softub is a high quality durable product and should not be confused with the cheaper inflatable products. Unlike Acrylic Hot tubs there are no hard slippery surfaces, you just step in and sit down. My wife has a chronic bad back so it is a perfect Hydrotherapy pool. Finally I have always had First Class service from Softub UK.
