I have had intermittent back problems for over a decade, far too much time spent working at a computer but this time is the worst I have known, I couldn't stand straight, was only comfortable lying on my back and walking was slow and painful. After 5 sessions with Poppy at Crystal Palace Osteopaths my back has fully recovered with noticeable improvements after every session. The treatment has proved to be very effective and the overall experience good. Strongly recommended.

Polly was absolutely incredible treating my tilted pelvis after having my daughter. I had sciatica pain and a sprained ankle for nearly a year. I had 3 sessions with Polly and after the second one I could already feel better. I was able to walk without limping again. I wish I had seen her earlier. Totally recommend. Also would like to mention that the rest of the staff in the clinic, all very helpful and super nice.

After struggling for a few days with a sore/immobile neck I phoned up on the Wednesday and was able to be seen the next day. Charli was fantastic and there was a huge difference after the first session. 3 sessions later and Im back to normal and very grateful

I've just had one of the best massages I've ever had, with the lovely Christine. I'm a new mum and so I have sore shoulders and lower back from sling carrying, breastfeeding etc. and the treatment I just received from Christine has sorted me right out. She focused really attentively on my sore spots and I just feel totally rejuvenated and very well looked after! Thank you so much Christine, you're amazing.
