Served by older Asian lady who was very rude. I gave the name of what I was collecting and she snapped at me not to tell her the name of the product but to give her my name. A few moments later when she got the tablets (after I gave my name) I told her I would be paying by cash, and she said 'cash, card, whatever it doesn't matter', again, in a very annoyed tone. I don't know if she had a bad day, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Not as great as used to be. The people used to work there very fast and friendly. But now, everytime I go there, card machine is not working plus they expected you to wait until they fix the problem. Only God knows how long! I am changing it and not recommendable to visit unless you're unemployed and have a lot of time in your hands.

I have always had problems with this pharmacy.. they refused to serve me once, albeit 5 mins before closing, when i rushed there from GP needing urgent epipens for my son. In the spirit of community they could have served me imo, as such important meds and would not have taken that long. In any event, I have stopped my GP from sending prescriptions there automatically. The ladies who work there now are just so miserable and unfriendly.. I try to avoid as much as possible.

Went to collect perscription for anti biotics. Had to come back as not ready. Took them home and the box had been opened with only half the perscription. Went back and was tols pharmacist in meeting. I asked for her to call us when finished. That was fri afternoon. No call and now they are closed for weekend. This is not the first time.there is always a problem when i use this pharmacy and i will be putting in a complaint.
