Groomology Ltd

Very disappointed, when we made the appointment online, it was written that for first time appointment i should pay a deposit and print and sign some form, where described what to expect and permission of what should be done to the dog, but strangely the lady that done the grooming didn't want the papers, didn't even look at them. She told her " please no to short " but when Daisy was finished ( after 2 hours) we could see her skin in her belly, all pink. Her face not equally done ( one side shorter than the other) They can't sleep with her beautiful dog scratching all night. I ask myself why so much information on the website if by the end it's not done properly...... I never done a bad review on my life but this time i couldn't be quiet.

Very impressed by Groomology. Our Small Labradoodle was very matted when we took him, and they explained the issues well and gave advice how to prevent it in future professionally and fairly. The cut is impressive given how close they had to go. It sounded as though the groomer had had a tough time, but was courteous throughout. We will brush a lot more!

The lovely people at Groomology did a wonderful job hand stripping our border terrier. It was his first time, and he looks great, feels soft and is super chilled, so it doesn't seem to have phased him in the least.

My 9 month old puppy had his first haircut here last week. The staff were so lovely. I could tell they were busy but they still give me time to ask questions and talk me though a mix of my thoughts & their recommendations. Hercules came back so clean and smart and smelling beautiful. No nicks, cuts or uneven cutting. He looked perfect. I'd totally recommend this little groomers. I'll definitely be taking him back here. It was Hercules first groom and it obviously didn't stress him out, frighten him or bother him one bit. When I picked him up after about 75mins he was on the floor being a rascle and the staff genuinely seemed very happy to have him. Their care seemed real and I walked away very relaxed and pleased. Thank you to the team for your care and wonderful treatment of my little guy. Can't thank you and recommend enough

This is a tricky one because my Shih-Tzu has been groomed a couple of times at the Groomology and I had previously chosen the option dog S (small) as I always have to previous grooming elsewhere and there at the Groomology, inclusive the previous Lawrence Grooming that used to own the premise before current owners, but today for the first I was told that my shih-tzu is a Medium dog and they decided they should charge me as such. They told me that Chihuahua is a small dog, so how they classify extra small on their website then, is there a breed smaller than Chihuahua. Also, literally 5 minutes after I left they call me saying that my dog had flees and they had to do a special treatment Well, my dog is 13 years dont interact with other dogs and we have her flee treatments every 3 weeks, I never ever had that experience neither in finding flees or being told by groomers they found flees on her. So, basically, they decided to charge me for Medium even though that my dog is a Shihtzu, they also charged me an extra 15 for the flee thing. Really??? Then, obviously, I didnt make a fuss but I asked them if they have taken any pics or video that you found flees on her? They answered, you should trust us. Really??? The other couple of times I wasnt pleased with grooming but for the convenience I went back, so here we are. But, certainly, I will not go back. Never ever! No trust whatsoever! What a shame!
