Just awful. No stars at all. Problems from day 1. Lots of neglect. Various safeguarding reports regarding the care home and the lack of care to a patient.

I used to work in this nursing home They verbally abusing the elderly, they dont feed or washing them properly, they putting 2-3 pads at the time so they dont have to change them til the end of the shift the shift is 12 hours a day, they dont chat to the elderly they literally leaving them to sit alone ... they very fake and talk about the residents , when the family comes they smile at their faces bur then talk bad behind their backs . I left as I couldnt see the abuse The nurse at the ground floor handing medication to carers that have no experience of medication and has giving wrong medication

My mother-in-law stayed in this home from May to December 2019. She was very happy in here, the staff were very attentive and friendly and care was good , Whenever I visited staff were normally involved in providing the residents with some form of stimulating activity. The only reason that it is not five stars is that the decoration is tired in places but was not an issue as the staff more than offset any downsides.

My mother was a resident of Parkview Nursing Home for 15 months during which time her Alzheimer's and physical condition got steadily worse. At all times, the staff at the home were fantastic. My mum was always cared for and loved and was always safe in her surroundings. All the staff, carers, nursing staff, managers etc were lovely and very kind to her and to us, her family. As my mum's medical needs became greater, she was always properly cared for and we were always kept advised of her condition and involved in any decisions that needed to be made. She was always treated with respect and dignity. If we ever needed to use a Nursing Home again, we would have no hesitation in going back to Parkview.
