Awful experience. Rude, unfriendly. Were obviously talking about me and the design of my nails because every other word was ombre. They were very rude about me having short nails despite me being a regular there and explaining each time it's because I play multiple instruments. I showed them a nail design before they started and said "can you do this on short nails?" and they said yes but then all throughout doing them said how they couldn't do it properly on short nails. The guy I had was completely incompetent, he couldn't do a very simple design without guidance from multiple colleagues and then he still got it wrong! He didn't even file my nails straight and cut my cuticles to blood with the drill tool. I used to be a regular but now I'm never returning. Very very rude and act like they're doing you a favour. They also don't listen to what you're saying or what you want done despite very high prices! And God forbid you want short nails! Avoid! Used to enjoy coming here but don't know what's happened. Gone down hill
