hung up the phone, I called again thinking that it was a mistake or they were very busy and when I asked again the call was hung up on me ,customer service should be important its no difficult to be kind if you pick up the phone you can take less then one minute to respond some thing but I found really rude to hung up the phone when someone is asking for something to you ,for people like the lady on the phone I don't go back to this place
