If I could give 0 stars I would. The reviews on here are all but false and fake reviews. Yes they do respond within a good manner of time.. however the information between court and solicitors... which you will have a different one each time .... does not help in any case. They are far to busy and do not dedicate. Eg... you have a case over a year long... each court appearance every 3 month interval is a different person who does not know the case load and you have to explain the whole story over and over.... if this is normal soliciting okay ... however I think not ... no personal approach...... building on lies and fake profiles is no good .

Ive used Amphlett Lissimore twice now - first Helena in the leasehold team to extend a lease on a flat, and then on the strength of that experience used the conveyancing team to sell the flat and purchase a house. Nick and Joe were brilliant throughout - so reassuring, had everything under control and I was always kept up to date on how everything was going. Everyone Ive dealt with has been so pleasant, clear and helpful. Would certainly use the team again if needed - thanks!

Very well done to Jasmine Norton for her dedicated work in my property purchase. She and all the staff at Amphlett Lissimore at Crystal Palace carried out a very successful purchase within deadlines and make me and my family happy just before Christmas. I bought my first property a few months ago and was unlucky enough to choose Amphlett Lissimore as my conveyancer (on the inexplicable recommendation from the seller's estate agent). I saw their excellent reviews on here and felt comfortable to move ahead with them. What a mistake! Maybe I was unlucky with the solicitor assigned to me (I won't name him as that seems a step too far) but communication was virtually non existent, he refused to explain the actual steps involved in conveyancing to me despite me asking several times (as I wanted to have a rough grasp of what to expect and didn't want to resort to Google), he gave me incorrect information on at least two occasions and even got the length of my leasehold wrong in his final report! I understand that most conveyancers tend to be overworked and that it's maybe not the most exciting aspect of legal work, but it genuinely takes effort and determination to be this bad at your job. Luckily, he seems to actually have completed the conveyancing properly and I am now happily living in my new flat, but he definitely made the process so much more stressful than it needed to be.
