        I wasnt happy with the results of my haircut, it was rushed and not very well done. I booked a senior stylist but was given a regular one without being told. A senior stylist said she would re-do for free, but she has left now and there are no senior stylists left so Im left with hair Im not happy with. Dont think its a happy place to work :(

        10/10 Experience!!! I came into Crystal Palace Rush and wanted a really big change. I wanted to get a Bob cut after having really long hair for 8+ years. Abbie did my colour and initial cut and although she thought I was crazy for cutting it she guided me through what she was going to do and I honestly love the colour so much. Its one of the best balayage Ive had. Eljona did my cut and style and she was really patient with me when I decided I wanted more cut off than initially thought. Overall , I had a great experience and cant recommend enough! Ill definitely be coming back next time I need my hair done Service: Balayage
