The hairdresser was really friendly and sweet and the place was really nice and clean however, she increased the price as I was having my hair cut when i asked for different styles (which I'd never ever encountered before). By the time I left I paid 15 more than I was led to believe when I booked the appointment. I wish she had just been upfront from the get go. When the price is being increased whilst you're in the chair, it's a bit stressful. Also, she seemed to really struggle to comb my hair, and it was very uncomfortable getting my hair washed and brushed. I usually love getting my hair washed for me and hairdressers usually deal with my hair gently and with ease, but this was not relaxing at all.

I went for a haircut but as the haircut was taking place I was very disappointed that the hairdresser kept increasing the price for the cut due to the style I wanted. I was not warned about this before the haircut started and so the initial price was very different to what I ended up eventually paying. I was also very upset that the hairdresser cut my hair about 15cm shorter than I asked without my consent.

A professional and customer focus service. Tony and Olivia know how to look after the customer and hair I would recommend to anyone looking for new experience. A hairdresser , I will be going back to again. I trust them to make my hair look the best. Well done and wish you a successful business .

Lovely ambience. Such a great host. I wished I lived closer to go there every week. The customers when you are there is like long time friends. So polite. So jolly. Even old employees still come in and customers know them. Clean all round. Yes well appreciated to have this service.
