Szymon Fitted our new Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Boiler and unvented Cylinder to our loft. His copper pipe work should be in a Art Gallery! He is a proper gentleman and joy to work with, his knowledge on plumbing is amazing. Its fantastic to have a plumber that is a perfectionist and still very reasonably priced. A big thank you form all of us at Corners. 10/10

I had been following Szymon (Urban Plumbers) on Youtube for a couple of years and was always blown away by his knowledge and attention to detail. So, when our boiler started causing us issues, I was excited to learn Szymon worked in my area. I wasted no time in contacting him and booking some dates. From day one he was always extremely friendly and obviously very keen to provide us with the best setup possible. He promptly came over for a survey and to discuss our requirements, then advised us on the best route to take. He then replaced our old boiler with a new one, including a weather comp and hot water priority setup. His communication was great, and he didnt disappoint once throughout the entire process. Im over the moon Szymon was able to update our setup, I am happily enjoying the comfort of a constant internal temperate and have already seen the increase in efficiency via my average daily costs. I wouldnt hesitate to contact Szymon in the future and have already recommended him to friends/family. Service: Water heater installation

We found Szymon through his YouTube Channel (@ Urban Plumbers). Right away, we knew that we had to work with him, even if it meant waiting a few months for his schedule to clear. Won't go into details about his exemplary workmanship as a heating engineer - you will find plenty of that in other reviews. Instead, I will share what I was fortunate enough to learn/ observe about the man behind Urban Plumbers. He: 1. doesn't believe in bureaucracy - I was amazed at his German-like precision from quotation through installation. Szymon doesn't raise the subject of money or costs once the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid (unless the entirely unexpected occurs). From that moment on, it's about getting the job done in the most efficient, highest quality way possible. A refreshingly non-commercial experience. 2. is genuinely helpful - I couldn't believe how small issues that had troubled us for years were fixed without any announcement or fanfare. Leaking taps no longer leaked. Incorrect installations (by others) from years past were rectified. Small extras were included at no extra charge. Szymon deleted so many small annoyances from our lives without ever realizing it. 3. has his gaze set firmly on the future - Whether its heat pumps or fuel cell boilers, Syzmon has an innate curiosity for the next level of efficiency and energy tech. This curiosity is intertwined with his above-average intelligence and creativity, and is infectious, spreading across every job site he works on. Our home benefitted from this in ways ordinary plumbers could never deliver. 4. is a good human being - we never once felt worried or concerned at any stage of the project because we knew we could trust Szymon to solve whatever issue reared its ugly head. This old school honour system is precious to some. It is invaluable to us. We continue to thank the Heavens for the privilege of working with Szymon. Those looking for the cheapest possible heating solution would be better served elsewhere. As would those who don't have the luxury of time. Challenge the Urban Plumber to deliver the pinnacle of heating efficiency and he will not disappoint.
