The moment I walked into Love Bridal, Max and her team made me feel instantly calm. Having had a poor experience of trying on wedding dresses previously I had found some amazing dresses online that were stocked at Love Bridal. Without knowing which was my favourite dress, and prior to discussing which ones I had seen, Max pulled the dress off the shelf and said she thought that something like that would suit my body shape- I couldn't believe it! I tried on many other options while there to ensure I was choosing the right dress and Max was honest, but kind about each one- clearly knowing how they were suppose to look etc. In addition to this, they gave me a list of recommended seamstresses closer to home, which was really useful! We had our wedding day recently and I had many comments about how unique and beautiful my dress was. Thank you so so much for such a positive experience!

These people stole my jewellery! I left earrings and a bracelet very dear to me in the changing room after trying on dresses. I thought it was very kind when they offered to post it to me as I dont live close but weeks went by and when I enquired they said they sent it but didnt send it tracked or have any proof of postage, Ive email and call a number of times but am now just being ignored! These were very special pieces of jewellery to me and this company has pulled a sneaky and either kept them for themselves or lost them and I havent got one apology or solution on how they will fix this just being ignored!! Really upsetting

Have no experience in wedding dress measurements. Ordered me a size 16 dress, never been that size in my life. Have always been a 12. Im so disappointed giving them trust in ordering a dress. Such a shame as the dresses are wonderful. Would never recommend them. I now have to spend high amounts to get it altered, when could have been a very easy adjustment. Please do your research before seeing them. Added stress is not what a bride to be needs. Ps dont delete my review, as i will simply keeping doing them. Its rude.

I have just collected my fiances dress as she could not face the owner of this business as she was too upset . The awful customer service and attitude of management seem to be not exclusively reserved for us . Whilst reading a recent review by a client I was not surprised to read the response from the owner "Some brides arrive expecting gold leaf and unicorns, you were just plain rude from the moment you arrived. The fact is that this special day does belong to the bride , and she can be as demanding as she wants given the amount of money that is spent on a dress. Looking forward to the owners response...

Update: The owner has since responded to this review claiming I was two hours early and rude. They clearly have me confused with another bride as I was dead on time and we didn't complain once about the experience when we were there. It wasn't even a bad experience but the shop's reply says it all! Original review: There's a lot of sorting wheat from chaff - some of the dresses are cool and sophisticated - some are a little more of a glittery, tulle, princess vibe! Also be prepared to share a very small space with multiple brides trying on dresses - as in all the guests are sat in one small area and so you're showing your dress to everyone else's guests. Unfortunately it was the least welcoming or luxurious experience I had (out of about 10 shops) but the staff are nice enough and there are some hidden gems living here.
